Master crane capabilities and capacities through precise interpretation of Crane Load Charts and Crane Angle Charts.
Align strictly with local and international standards, including Malaysian legislation—OSHA 1994 (2022) and FMA 1967 (CDM 2024)—as well as LOLER, PUWER and API RP 2D.
Plan and organize lifting activities flawlessly, executing routine and non-routine lifts safely and within specified timeframes.
Establish clear workplace communication protocols using standard radio signals, hand signals and flag signaling.
Equip supervisors with practical floor leadership skills to conduct proper lifting briefings, risk assessments (HIRARC) and emergency response plans.
